Baidyanath Pathrina

Therapeutic uses: 

A Kidney stone is a hard crystal mass that develops from crystals or small particles and builds-up inside the kidney. Stones may appear in any part of the urinary system.

Baidyanth Pathrina helps in flushing out urinary stones within short period of treatment. It also prevents recurrence of stone formation in a majority of cases and helps avoid surgery. Pathrina has a mucolytic action together with some diuretic and spasmolytic action. It has an effect on crystalloid colloid balance and disintegrating action on much in the calculi. It helps prevent formation of stones in gall bladder and pancreas.

Major ingredients of Pathrina :

Safed Jeera (Cumimum cyminum), Kababchini (Piper cubeba), Safed chandan (Santalum album), Moolikshar (Raphanus sativus), Bara Elachii (Amomum subulatum), Gokhru (Tribulus terrestris), Pashan bhed (Bergenia liqualata), Hazrulyhud Bhasma, Barun chal (crataeva nurvala), Apamarg (Achyranthes aspera), Sudh Shilajeet, Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia), Nagarmotha (Cyperus rotundus), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Punarnava.

It acts as an alkaliser & lithic. Ensures removal of impurities from the kidney clears the urinary tract. Decrease risks factors which causes stone formation. Reduces water retention & prevent super saturation of urine. Checks calcium absorption it is ideal diuretic.
